Objectives
Several face-to-face studies carried out during the term of the contract on topics such as:
- the impact of works on user satisfaction
- the use of cash payment in ATMs
- the use of luggage lockers
- testing of a jingle of announcements at the station
- test and choice of the new uniforms for SNCB agents
- test of the new Concept store
- knowledge of the free E-train ticket for Rock Werchter festival-goers
- the use of the bicycle parking lot at the Gent Sint Pieters station
