Face-to-face (PAPI/CAPI)

Objectives

Several face-to-face studies carried out during the term of the contract on topics such as:

  • the impact of works on user satisfaction
  • the use of cash payment in ATMs
  • the use of luggage lockers
  • testing of a jingle of announcements at the station
  • test and choice of the new uniforms for SNCB agents
  • test of the new Concept store
  • knowledge of the free E-train ticket for Rock Werchter festival-goers
  • the use of the bicycle parking lot at the Gent Sint Pieters station
